Female Reproduction

Learn about the organs of the body is very good for you especially for the benefit of women create children or important to avoid the diseases related to the genitals. In the female reproductive organ of the most important and we need to know is the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus and vagina. As women began entering the reproductive period the growth of egg cells (ova) in the ovary. Each month, one egg will be removed from the ovarian follicle into the abdominal cavity (cavum abdomen) in the middle of the sexual cycle. This ovum travel through the fallopian tubes toward one wall of the uterus (uterine) and, if fertilized by sperm then they will be implanted in the uterus, to further develop into a fetus, placenta and fetal membranes.
During fetal life, the outer surface is covered by epithelial ovarian germinativum that are embryologically derived directly from epithelial cristae germinativum. Ovum primodial be differentiated from germinativum epithelium and migrate into the substance of ovarian cortex when fetal development. Each egg will then be assembled in a single layer of spindle-shaped cells from ovarian stromal (adherent ovarian tissue) and cause the ova have epithelial characteristics of granulosa cells. ova surrounded by one layer of granulosa cells, called primordial folike. In this stage, the ovum itself is still immature, requiring two more cell division to reach maturity and are called primary oocytes.
Throughout the reproductive years, a woman - between the ages of 13 and 46 the year there were approximately 400 follicles that will grow enough to be released ova. One ovum per month and the remaining degenerate (into atresia). At the end of the reproductive capacity of primordial follicles that remain in the ovarian follicles and even this was too soon to degenerate thereafter. The number of ova that reach approximately 6 million pregnancies occur in the week - 30 and most of them soon degenerate so that there are only approximately 2 million ova in both ovaries at the time of birth and only up to 400 000 350 000 ova at puberty.
During the sexual cycle, changes in the ovary is dependent entirely on hormones gonadotropik, follikel stimulazing hormone (FSH) and luitinizing hormone (LH). Hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. As a woman enters the age of 9 to 10 years, began secreting pituitary progressively more FSH and LH which reached its peak in the early months of sexual cycles between the ages of 11 and 16 years. Periods of change is called puberty and first menstrual cycle is called menarche.
We need to know a little that FSH and LH are small glycoproteins with molecular weights of approximately 30,000. The only effect of FSH and LH was significant in the male testes. Both these hormones every month - from a woman's sexual cycle - there is an increase and decrease. The next variation of this cycle result in changes in ovarian cycle.
Ovulation in women there are different between one person to another but normally a woman has a cycle of 28 days or 14 days after the occurrence of menstruation. Not long before ovulation, the outer wall protruding follicle will swell rapidly and a small area in the middle of the capsule, called the stigma will stand out like a nipple. Within 30 minutes then the liquid begins to flow from the follicles become smaller because of lost fluids, the stigma will be torn quite large and a more viscous fluid contained in the center of the follicles had evaginasi out into the abdomen. Viscous liquid was brought with her ovum surrounded by several hundred small granulosa cells called the corona radiata.
Ovulation beginning of the role of LH secreted by the anterior pituitary. LH then causes the secretion of steroid hormones in follicular quickly that contain small amounts of progesterone for the first time. Within a few hours will last two events, both of which needed ovulation: 1). Theca externa (capsule follicles) began to release proteolytic enzymes lysozyme resulting from the dissolution of the capsule wall and consequently the weakening of the wall, causing further swelling of the follicles and degeneration of the stigma. 2). Simultaneously, it also happens that a new blood vessel growth is rapid in the follicle wall and at the same time, prostaglandins (local hormones that cause vasodilation) would be secreted in the follicular tissue. Both these effects will lead to further transudasi plasma into the follicles that also play a role in inflammation of the follicle. As a result, the combination of swelling and degeneration of follicular stigma follicular rupture resulted ovum.Produksi accompanied by recurrent expenditure of estrogen and progesterone by ovarian cycles endemotrium has to do with working through the following stages: first, the proliferation of uterine endometrium, secondly, the secretory changes in endometrial , and third, deskuamasi of endometrial known as menstruation.
